To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return to the UK?

To process a return or exchange please follow the steps below.

Enter your order number (#WW....) and email address in the fields above and click Start.
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
For UK customers our returns service is currently provided through Collect plus, please note you will need to take the return to a drop off location. There is a charge for using this service of £4.60 which will be deducted once we receive the return.
For European customers, returns are at their expense and they should keep a hold of their proof of postage (traceable shipping).

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

They must be in original condition.
For RadShapes - they must not be damaged in any way. The lace must be completely intact and in its original condition, with the original packaging.
For RadClips - they must not be damaged in any way, hair intact and in their origignal condition. 12 pieces should be included in their original packaging.
For clothing and RadGrip, unwashed and unworn, in the original packaging.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
We don't refund the initial shipping fee.
