For a quick refresh, use a very small amount of lightweight leave-in conditioner or hair refresher and apply it over the hair. Finger detangle and then air dry.
For a deep clean, fill a basin with shampoo and water to dilute. Finger comb the style first before soaking in the basin. Gently swish and then rinse. Hang or rest on mannequin foam head to dry
We use a standard medium size cap (22 inches), it is adjustable and can be tightened as needed. If you have a lot of volume, we would recommend cornrowing or flat twisting your hair to keep the RadShape flat.

With the hair being synthetic, it might be best not to. However, if you choose to straighten your RadShape, do not go above 180°C.
Bleaching or dyeing your RadShape risks destroying the hair completely. The colour just wouldn’t adhere to the fibres. We know you love the versatility that comes with our RadShapes, so we are working on different styles and shades just for you.

Of course you can! Don’t forget your RadGrip™ for added security, so you can work out without a worry in the world! When it comes to swimming, wear a cap otherwise the chlorine and salt will damage the hair.
There’s no secret, the better you take care of it, the longer it will last. Luckily for you, our RadShapes need minimal care. If well maintained, they can last 2-4 months with daily wear. If you want your RadShape to last longer, you could get a second one and rotate? Just an idea...
For double protection, wrap your RadShape in a hair net before putting it back in the RadCase (also great for travel, if we do say so ourselves) or on a styrofoam head. Don’t forget to lightly detangle with your fingers before storing your shape, and keep it away from direct sunlight.
Our RadShapes are like nothing you’ve seen before. We choose soft, lightweight, synthetic fibres (we use 0% human hair) that look and feel like the real thing. Our innovative lace is designed to match your skin and melt into your hairline.

Authentically synthetic, no human hair here! We use premium, alkaline-free* RadFibers that can be recycled after use (we’ll tell you more about that later though).
*Alkaline-free ensures that the products do not itch and instead are 100% comfortable against the skin and scalp.
They absolutely are! No humans or animals are harmed in the making of RadShapes.
Our images aren’t retouched, we only add a little grain, so what you see is what you’ll get. But we also understand that the picture and RadShape may slightly vary IRL. So, if for some reason you’re unhappy with your order, we will offer a full refund.

Standard shipping to UK usually takes 3-8 business days. It may take a little longer depending on your location.

Our European standard shipment services are currently experiencing severe delays due to Brexit. Europe deliveries are expected to take 6-18 business days.
Deliveries with our express shipment service, which you can select at check-out, are expected to take 5 business days.
We do offer free shipping to UK when you spend over £100. It will automatically be updated at checkout.

We love our products and want you to love them as much as we do. That’s why we have a 14 day return policy. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied, we will happily accept your return and issue a refund on the product within 10-15 days.* No hard feelings.
However, please note that with returns, all lace must be immaculate (no cutting) and in its original condition, with the original packaging and the tag still on.

As our European warehouse is based in the UK and following the UK’s exit from the European Union, shipments to our customers within the EU will now entail the following costs to be paid by the customer:
- Customs Clearance Charges.
- Local Tax.
- Duty if the shipment value is greater than 150 euros.
As we value all of our RadFamily, we are offering a 20% discount to customers who ship goods to the EU, to reduce the financial impact of the new regulations.
This discount will be implemented on our website and displayed before you complete your purchase.
