Order Processing times:

Shipping within the UK:

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse via a tracked delivery service which will be found within your shipment confirmation email and can be expected to arrive within 2-4 business days.

Shipping within the EU: 

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse via a tracked delivery service which will be found within your shipment confirmation email and can be expected to arrive within 3-7 business days.

Shipping within the EU: 

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse via a tracked delivery service which will be found within your shipment confirmation email and can be expected to arrive within 3-7 business days, pending customs clearance. 

Following Brexit , all orders are shipped DDU (Duties and Taxes unpaid) at present outside of the UK , our customers are responsible for the payment of any applicable duties, taxes (VAT) or customs clearance charges which may be incurred. We are happy to announce that RadSwan are part of Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) for our EU customers that means that orders below €150 EUR will have duty and taxes included , orders above €150 EUR will need to pay duties and taxes.

Our Zonos Hello pop up, can be used to estimate these charges. As Brexit  rules and regulations are ever changing please feel free to reach out to our Client Experience team who are here to support you throughout your shape shifting journey.

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse via a tracked delivery service which will be found within your shipment confirmation email and can be expected to arrive within 4-10 business days, pending customs clearance.

*Covid - 19 Delivery Information

Following the UK Government’s Covid-19 announcements we have implemented extra measures in our distribution centre to protect our colleagues as much as possible, so our orders may take a little longer to process (but it will be worth the wait).

Shipping FAQ's

Will you offer shipments on a DDP / DAP service?

We are working hard on offering a DDP / DAP service so you will no longer have to think about duties and taxes when ordering outside of the UK you will be the first to know when we upgrade.

Will you offer an express service?

We want to ensure that our express service is reliable once rolled out, with the current restrictions related to Covid-19 we are currently unable to offer this at present.

What Countries do you deliver to?

We currently ship to the UK, EU and Switzerland ,  from the UK through our International Website.

We currently ship to the US and Canada from the US from our US Website

When will you ship to my country?

We want to have customers all over the world to be able to enjoy the Shapeshifting experience if you would like further information as to when we will ship to where you are please contact our Client Experience team using our form or via our chatbot on the website.
