Authentically synthetic, no human hair here! We use premium, alkaline-free* RadFibers that can be recycled after use (we’ll tell you more about that later though).

*Alkaline-free ensures that the products do not itch and instead are 100% comfortable against the skin and scalp.

Please watch our tutorial video dedicated to cutting the lace step by step on Youtube! It can be overwhelming, but we promise it's a lot easier than it sounds! 

For maintenance and vibrancy, we recommend using some conditioner and water shaken together, and spritzing through the wig to keep fresh as opposed to washing the synthetic fibres.

Those that want to do a deep clean, please use tepid water and a coin sized amount of shampoo and once rinsed, let the wig soak before allowing it to air dry. In this state we advise to gently finger comb the curls until completely dry.

The best way to detangle your RadShape would be to finger comb your curls gently. You can also use a mix of conditioner and water to ease the process but don’t forget to let it air dry. 

The beauty of our RadShape is that the curls get better and vibrant with each wear. To maintain them, you can:

- Detangle your curls with your fingers and separate gently.

- Use our RadScarf as a protective accessory that can either lift the curls away in a hairstyle or tuck them away whilst sleeping.

- Avoid external factors or elements that could accelerate this wear like sleeping with your RadShape on, keep it safely in its RadCase or on a head if you don't want to wear it to bed.

When you detangle/open the curls with your fingers there is a curly effect that gives it a more natural look.

You can place the parting in the middle, on the side, and of course, you can trim the wig, create a cloud shape, and even create a fringe! We completely encourage you to shape it as you feel the most comfortable.

Do your style progressively, because, once you have worked on your curls, you can't recreate the original shape of them.

With the hair being synthetic, we wouldn't recommend using hot tools on them as your RadShape quality can be destroyed.

Bleaching or dyeing your RadShape risks destroying the hair completely. The color just wouldn’t adhere to the fibers. We know you love the versatility that comes with our RadShapes, so we are working on different styles and shades just for you.

You can work out with your RadShape, just be sure to use the RadGrip to secure it. However, we wouldn’t recommend swimming with your RadShape as the chlorine/salt water/excessive sweat can damage the premium fibres causing it to lose its vibrancy and life at a much faster rate. However if you do opt to then we would say:

- Wear a swimming cap when swimming.

- Tie your RadShape back in order to reduce tangling.

- After any exercise whilst wearing your RadShape, we advise you to wash your wig, RadGrip (and natural hair) as explained under the question “How can I wash and look after my RadShape?”

There’s no secret, the better you take care of it, the longer it will last. Luckily for you, our RadShapes need minimal care and if well maintained, they can last 2-4 months with daily wear. For double protection, wrap your RadShape in a hair net before putting it back in the RadCase (also great for travel, if we do say so ourselves) or on a styrofoam head. Don’t forget to lightly detangle with your fingers before storing your shape, and keep it away from direct sunlight.
